All information you provide us with is used only in conjunction with orders, their billing and shipping, and to respond to inquiries and/or comments. Customer information is filed for record-keeping. We will never disclose your information to third parties. All online orders must be made at least twenty-four hours in advance. We pride ourselves on selecting the freshest flowers for our arrangements. Should any flowers be out of season and therefore unavailable, we will use suitable flowers of the same or greater value. We want you to be completely satisfied with your selections. Please, feel free to inquire about the possibilities of changing flower colors, or items in selected arrangements and/or baskets, to best suit the occasion. Our Delivery Policy For same-day service, call immediately and prepare to pick up your order at our store. For Monday through Thursday, orders are shipped via FedEx. For Friday through the weekend, you must call in advance. Either pick up your order at our shop, at73 Madison Avenue or request our Special Delivery service (to Bergen County, Hudson County, the Bronx, and Manhattan only). *Delivery by Always N' Bloom is free of charge with orders of $60.00 or more* Our Returns Policy If you are at all dissatisfied with your order, please call immediately, and return your arrangement(s) to the store *with receipt, within twenty-four hours* Upon return, we will either provide you with store credit, or replace your order with item(s) of equal value *No Questions Asked* |
